Picking a gift for a manager special events
A special events manager spends their days coordinating venues, vendors, timelines and guest lists, and their evenings checking whether the thing they planned actually came together. They're usually the calmest person in the room while everything around them is chaotic, and they rarely get credit for it. A gift that acknowledges the actual job lands well: a tee they can wear to the next big event, a hoodie for the cold load-in at six in the morning, or a mug for the office where the clipboard and the coffee live. You can make it theirs by typing their title exactly as they use it, whether that's Special Events Manager or Events Manager, and adding a second line with the company, the venue or the year they started. A shirt with their real title on it says you understand the work, not just the job title.
Manager Special Events gift questions
What title should I type for a special events manager?
Use the exact title they use at work, such as Special Events Manager or Events Manager. You can put the shorter version on the main line and add a second line for their company or team if you want more detail.
Can I add a company or venue name?
Many designs have a second line, so you can type a company, venue or team name there. Check the preview to see how the two lines sit together before you order.
What's a good gift for a colleague who runs events?
A tee or mug with their title is a safe pick, and a hoodie works well if they spend a lot of time outdoors or on early setups. If you're buying for the whole events team, the Team Shop lets you order one design for everyone.
What sizes do the manager special events shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a manager special events gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
