Picking a gift for a manager talent
A manager talent is the person who spots it in others, nudges people toward their next step, and keeps a team pointed the right way without taking over. They're often the one who remembers everyone's birthday, sets up the one-on-ones, and quietly fixes the schedule before it becomes a problem. Gifts that land for them tend to be practical and a little bit personal: something they can wear to an offsite, a mug for the desk where the planning happens, a hoodie for the long stretch of quarter-end. Put their title on it, or the team name if you know it, and it stops being generic office swag. A shirt that says manager talent reads as a compliment, which is exactly what someone who spends their days building other people up deserves.
Manager Talent gift questions
Can I add a team name or job title to the design?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a title, team or year. Type it in and the preview updates so you can check the spacing before you order.
Is there a version for kids or babies?
There are a few kids tees and a baby onesie design. Use the product filter to see them, though most designs for this word are for adults.
How do I order shirts for a whole team?
Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the manager talent shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a manager talent gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
