Picking a gift for a manager union
A union manager sits in the middle of two sets of people who don't always agree: the members who expect a steward to fight for them, and the employer on the other side of the table. The work is grievance meetings, contract language, late-night calls and a lot of listening. A gift for someone in that role should acknowledge that they carry both sides. A tee or hoodie with manager union printed on it tells them you know the job is more than paperwork, and the dark shirts hold up well for the rallies and picket lines. A mug suits the early-morning coffee before a bargaining session, when the day's first decision is usually about how to hold up the next few hours. If you're buying for a whole local's leadership team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which tends to land better than another box of donuts.
Manager Union gift questions
Can I add their local number or name to the design?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a local number, unit or name. Type it there and the preview will update so you can check the spacing before you order.
Is there a version for kids or a baby?
There are kids tees in light and dark, and one baby onesie design. Use the product filter on the page to see exactly which designs are available.
What's the best option for a group of stewards?
The Team Shop is built for this. Choose one design, paste each steward's name, and pick a size for each person, and every shirt prints with its own name on it.
What sizes do the manager union shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a manager union gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
