Gifts from Mc Kinleyville
Mckinleyville is a small community on the north coast of California, and people who grew up there tend to hold onto it hard. A shirt with the town name is how someone who left for college or work shows where they're from, and how a family visiting for the holidays finds each other in a crowd. Because the town is small, the second line can do a lot of work: a graduating class year, a high school class, a street, or the name of the family who's been there for generations. A hoodie suits the foggy mornings and cool evenings the coast is known for, and a mug is the easy everyday reminder for someone who misses the place. Since this is a smaller place name, the designs here work best when you add something personal to make them unmistakably theirs.
