Picking a gift for a media assistant
A media assistant keeps a newsroom or production office running, handling schedules, press lists, clips, and the million small details that make a broadcast or publication work. Their days are full of calls, spreadsheets, and deadlines that nobody sees unless something goes wrong, so the gifts they tend to appreciate are the ones that say the job is noticed. A tee for the commute, a hoodie for the long edit sessions in a cold conference room, or a mug for the desk where the coffee never quite stays hot. Put their title on it, or add the team or station they work for, and it becomes theirs rather than a generic office shirt. If you're shopping for a whole department, one design with each person's name on their own shirt makes a better end-of-season gift than another round of donuts.
Media Assistant gift questions
Can I add a company or station name to a media assistant shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so type the station, outlet, or department there. The preview updates so you can check the spacing before you order.
Is there a special day for media assistants?
Not one that's widely recognized, so most people give these gifts for a work anniversary, a promotion, or the end of a busy project season.
Can I order shirts for my whole production team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What's a good gift for someone just starting out in media?
A tee or mug with their title and first name is a simple way to mark the new job without guessing at their taste.
What sizes do the media assistant shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a media assistant gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
