Picking a gift for a media intern
A media intern is usually the youngest person in a newsroom or production office, often working long days for little pay while they figure out what they want to do. They're running coffee, logging footage, pitching ideas that get ignored and then, once in a while, seeing their name on something real. A gift that acknowledges the hustle lands well. A soft tee for the commute, a hoodie for the chilly edit bay, or a mug for the desk where they draft pitch emails at seven in the morning. Put the word on it exactly as they'd say it, or add the team, the show or the company's department in the second line if you know it, and the gift starts to feel like it was written for them. Internships often end in late summer or December, so a gift timed to the last week of the placement can mean a lot.
Media Intern gift questions
Can I add the company or show name to a media intern design?
Many designs have a second line you can use for a company, show or team name. Type it into the text box and check the preview before you order.
What's a good gift for someone finishing a media internship?
A hoodie or mug with their role and the year is a common choice. It marks the end of the placement and gives them something to wear or use while they look for the next step.
Can I put their name on the design too?
Yes. Use the second line for their first or last name, or both, and the preview will show how it sits under the main word.
Are there designs for kids too?
Yes. Kids tees and dark kids tees are available for this word, which is handy if the family has a young one who wants to join in the celebration.
What sizes do the media intern shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a media intern gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
