Gifts from Merced
Merced is a city in California's Central Valley, a farming and university town on the way to Yosemite for many visitors. A Merced shirt is how someone who grew up there, or came back for school or work, says where they're from. The Central Valley has its own rhythm and pride, and a tee or hoodie with the city name is a quiet way to honor that. For someone who moved away, a Merced mug is a daily reminder of home. For a student or alumnus at the university there, a hoodie with the city name and their graduation year makes a practical, personal gift they'll wear through cold campus mornings. Adding a second line, such as a neighborhood, a school year or a nickname, is what turns a city shirt into something that belongs to them.
