Picking a gift for a mis manager
A mis manager, or middle school manager, is someone who keeps the lights on for a whole staff, usually in a tight budget and with a lot of invisible work behind the scenes. Most of their day goes to schedules, vendor problems, staff questions and the phone that never stops, so a gift that acknowledges the actual job tends to land better than a generic office gag. A shirt or mug with their title on it says you noticed what they do. Pick the design that fits their setting, whether that's a school district office, a charter network or a single campus, and add a second line like the school name or their department if the design allows it. For a hoodie, the cold back office or the early-morning drive makes a useful pick. If you're buying for a whole team, the Team Shop lets you put one design on everyone's shirt with their own name, which turns a thank-you into something people actually wear.
Mis Manager gift questions
Can I add their school or district name to the shirt?
Many designs have a second line for a name, a school or a department. Type it in and the preview updates so you can check the spacing before you order.
Is there a version of this design for a kid or for a baby?
This word is a job, so the kids and baby options are limited. The page lists the few designs that come in those sizes.
What's a good gift for a manager who has just started the job?
A mug or tee with their title is a friendly way to mark the new role. Add the year they started if the design has a second line.
What sizes do the mis manager shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a mis manager gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
