Gifts from Morrill
Morrill is a surname and also a place name in a few parts of the US, so the first thing to settle is which Morrill this gift is for. If it's a family name, a Morrill shirt is a family marker at reunions and a homesick reminder for relatives who moved away. If it's a town or a neighborhood, the shirt is about where someone grew up or where they still live, and that connection is what makes the gift land. Either way, the details that matter are the ones only the recipient would recognize: a street, a year they moved, a school or a family nickname on the second line. Many designs have room for a second line, so you can put a year or a short place name under the main word. The wording on a mug or hoodie reads as a personal note when it carries that one specific detail.
