Moth gifts for the people who love them
Moths get a bad reputation as the thing that eats the wool sweater, but the people who love them tend to be the ones who stay out after dark with a flashlight and a notebook. A moth lover might be a backyard naturalist tracking which species show up at the porch light, a gardener who knows the caterpillars on the milkweed, or someone who just finds the feathery antennae and dusty wings more interesting than butterflies. A gift that celebrates the moth, instead of pretending it's a butterfly, lands well with them. Put the word on a tee or hoodie for night walks and bug counts, or on a mug for the early-morning check of the light sheet. Many designs have a second line, so you can add a species name, a region or a year of their first count, and the shirt becomes a record of their own hobby.
Moth gift questions
Can I add a moth species name to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a name or extra text. Type the species, like Luna or Hawk, there and the preview will show how it fits.
Is a moth a good gift for someone who likes butterflies?
Often, yes. Lots of people who love butterflies also enjoy moths, which are close relatives with more varied and often nocturnal habits. A Moth design can be a fun twist on a butterfly gift.
Are there moth designs for kids?
Yes. There are kids tees and a baby onesie with the Moth design. Use the product filter to see which are available.
What sizes do the moth shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a moth gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
