Gifts from Mountain Iron
Mountain Iron is a small town on Minnesota's Iron Range, a place where mining built the community and the people who grew up there tend to stay connected to it. A shirt with the town name is a way for someone to claim that background, whether they still live there or left years ago and miss the lake, the winters and the familiar faces. Because the town is small, a gift for someone from Mountain Iron is likely to be seen by people who know exactly where it's from, which makes the detail matter. You can keep it simple with just the town name, or add a second line with a graduation year, a class, or a family name to make it theirs. For someone who moved away, a mug or hoodie carries the connection into a new home.
Mountain Iron gift questions
Can I add a year or a second line to the shirt?
Many designs have a second line. Type a graduation year, a family name or anything else you want under the town name, and check the preview before you order.
Is Mountain Iron a good gift for someone who moved away?
Yes. A hometown shirt or mug often means more to someone who left than to someone who stayed, because it keeps the connection close wherever they live now.
Can I order shirts for a group from the same town?
Yes. Use the Team Shop to choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person, so everyone gets a shirt with their own name.
What sizes do the mountain iron shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a Mountain Iron gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
