Picking a gift for a mud plant operator
A mud plant operator runs the equipment that mixes and pumps drilling mud, the fluid that keeps a well bore cool, clean and under control. It's a job done in cold mornings, loud rigs and long hitches, usually far from home. Gifts that land are the ones that feel like they came from someone who understands the work. A tee for the drive out to the site, a hoodie for the windy pad at dawn, or a mug for the crew truck is a good place to start. Put their name on it, or add the company they run for, the rig number or the year they started. Those small details turn a generic job shirt into one that's clearly theirs. If you're buying for a whole crew, one design with each operator's name on their own shirt makes a better gift than another box of gloves.
Mud Plant Operator gift questions
Can I add a company name or rig number to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so type the company, rig or crew name there and the preview will update before you order.
Is this a good gift for a new hire?
It can be. A tee or mug with their job title and start year marks the new job and gives them something they can use on their first hitch.
Can I order shirts for a whole drilling crew?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the mud plant operator shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a mud plant operator gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
