Gifts from Neversink
Neversink is a small town in the Catskills of New York, named for a creek that was once thought to vanish into the ground. A shirt with Neversink on it tends to go to people who grew up there, or who spent summers near the Neversink River or the reservoir, and who still feel the pull of a place that small. Because the name is unusual, a Neversink shirt gets noticed in a way a bigger city's shirt doesn't, and that's part of its charm. For a former resident who moved to a city and misses quiet hills, a mug on the kitchen counter is a small daily reminder of home. For a family member who still lives there, a hoodie for the cold months keeps them warm and marks them as a local. Add a second line such as a year they lived there or a street name to make it their own.
