Gifts from New Plymouth
New Plymouth is a coastal city on the west side of New Zealand's North Island, the kind of place where people say they're from Taranaki before they say the city name. Someone from there has probably spent a weekend near Mount Taranaki, has an opinion about the surf at Back Beach, and knows the Coastal Walkway well enough to walk it in the rain. A gift that reads New Plymouth works best when it reflects that: a shirt for the person who moved away and misses the coast, a hoodie for a cold morning on the water, or a mug for the kitchen of someone who still calls home there. If you know their street, their school or their favorite beach, put it on the second line. That's what turns a city name into a gift only they would get, and the preview will show you how it sits before you order.
New Plymouth gift questions
Can I add a street, school or neighborhood to the design?
Many designs have a second line. Type a suburb, a school or a favorite spot there, and the preview will show how it lines up under the city name.
Is there a New Plymouth design for kids?
Yes. Kids tees and dark kids tees come in several designs, and baby onesies come in a few as well.
Can I order one design for a group of people?
Yes. The Team Shop prints one design for everyone in your list, with each person's name on their own shirt and a size chosen for each.
Do the designs work on dark shirts as well as light ones?
Yes. There are separate dark t-shirt and dark kids tee options, so you can pick the shirt color that suits the person you're buying for.
What sizes do the new plymouth shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a New Plymouth gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
