Gifts from Nikolai
Nikolai is a first name with a lot of history behind it, shared by saints, tsars and footballers across Eastern Europe, and it's often shortened to Nik, Kolya or Kolja by the people who know them best. A gift with their name on it works well for a birthday, a name day or simply because they've been the one who fixes everyone's computers, reheats the leftovers and remembers the words to every song. Think about how they're known. If they're Nik to their friends and Kolya to family, put the name you use for them on the shirt, since that's the one they'll hear when someone shouts across a room. A hoodie suits the cold months, a dark tee works for someone who lives in black, and a mug is the easiest daily reminder for the coffee drinker in your life. Pick the product that fits their routine, then add a second line, such as a city they love or the year they arrived somewhere new, so the design feels like theirs.
Nikolai gift questions
Can I use a nickname instead of the full name?
Yes. Type Nik, Kolya or any other version into the text box and the preview updates, so you can see how it looks before you order.
Is Nikolai a name people shorten a lot?
Often, yes. Nikolai is commonly shortened to Nik, Kolya or Kolja, and families sometimes use a different one from friends, so ask the person closest to them which they prefer.
Can I add a city or a year to the design?
Many designs have a second line for a year, a place or a note. Type it there and check the preview for spacing.
What sizes do the nikolai shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a Nikolai gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
