Picking a gift for a note keeper
A note keeper is the person in the room who writes down what everyone else forgets: the minutes, the action items, the thing somebody said in passing that turned out to matter. The work is quiet, and it's the kind that gets noticed mostly when it's missing. The gifts that land tend to be the ones that treat the job as real. A mug for the desk, where they'll reach for it through a long meeting block. A hoodie for the cold conference room or the early-morning call. A tee for the weekend, when they're done taking notes for other people. You can make any of these theirs by typing the word note keeper into the text box and adding a second line, like a team, a department or a year they started, so it reads as their title and not a generic slogan. If you're buying for a whole group of note takers or a secretarial pool, the Team Shop prints one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
Note Keeper gift questions
Can I add a department or team name under note keeper?
Yes. Many designs have a second line. Type the department, team or year there, and the live preview will show you how it sits before you order.
Is note keeper a common job title?
It's more often a description than a formal title, used in offices, boards, clubs and volunteer groups. If the person uses a different title at work, you can type that instead, or use the second line for it.
What's a good gift for someone who takes minutes for a board or committee?
A mug is the easiest choice, since it's used daily at the desk. A hoodie works well if they attend meetings in cold rooms or early calls.
Can I order shirts for a whole group of note takers?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the note keeper shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a note keeper gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
