Gifts from Novato
Novato is a city in Marin County, just north of San Francisco, and plenty of people who live there feel the pull of the bay and the hills in equal measure. A Novato shirt is how they claim the place: for the weekend farmers market, a trip across the Golden Gate, or simply the drive home over the ridge. Cities like this one are easy to be proud of quietly, so a tee or hoodie with the name on it says what they might not bother to. If the person you're shopping for is a longtime resident, a graduate of a local school, or someone who moved away and misses the foggy mornings, a Novato mug or shirt will get used. Try adding a second line with a year they moved in, a neighborhood, or a school mascot, and the design becomes a little more theirs.
