Gifts from Oak
Oak is a word that could mean a small town, a neighborhood or a street, and a shopper buying for someone from Oak should know what the place means to them. If you're not sure which Oak they're from, ask. A person from a place with a short name often wears it proudly, especially on a hoodie for cold game days or a mug for the morning commute back to a town they still call home. The strongest gifts pair the name with a detail only the recipient would recognize: the year they moved there, the school they went to, the street where they grew up. Use the second line of any design for that detail. Kids can wear their hometown on a tee, and a baby onesie makes an easy first souvenir. A shirt that says Oak on the front and something personal underneath reads as theirs, not like a generic souvenir from a gift shop.
Oak gift questions
Can I add a second line to the Oak design?
Many designs have a second line for a year, a street or a school. Type it there and check the preview before you order.
Is there more than one Oak this design could mean?
The word could refer to several places. Ask the recipient which one they mean, or add a detail like the state or the street so the gift is clearly theirs.
What works best for a kid from Oak?
A kids tee with the town name and a year, or a baby onesie for the youngest. Both are easy to wear and easy to remember.
What sizes do the oak shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an Oak gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
