Gifts from Ober
Ober is a word people usually mean as a place, so the person this gift is for probably has a real connection to it: they grew up there, they live there now, or they keep a piece of it with them after moving on. A shirt with the name is how they carry it around, whether that's to the gym, a weekend trip, or a reunion where everyone else is wearing something from somewhere else. The places people wear proudest are often the small ones, the towns where everybody knows the same three streets and the same pizza place. A hoodie gets the most wear through a cold stretch, and a mug is the quiet daily reminder for someone who's far from home. You can make it theirs by adding a second line, a year they left or the year they got married, or the name of their street or school if that's where the real story is.
Ober gift questions
Can I add a second line to an Ober design?
Many designs have a second line for a year, a street, a school or a name. Open any design and type it in, and the preview will show you how it sits.
Is Ober a place I can be sure about?
I'm not certain how well known Ober is as a city, so the best way to pick a design is to match it to a detail you know, like a year or a neighborhood, and let the shirt carry that story.
Which product works best for someone who moved away?
A mug is the easiest daily reminder, and a hoodie or tee works well for trips back home or for wearing around a new city.
What sizes do the ober shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an Ober gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
