Gifts for people into oboe
Oboists are the people who get handed the tuning note and asked to hold it steady through an entire orchestra, which takes a particular kind of patience and a reed that behaves. Many of them started on another instrument and switched because the oboe's sound cut through the rest of the band. A gift for an oboe player lands when it shows you know that part of their life. A tee or hoodie with oboe on it is easy to wear to a rehearsal, a concert, or just around the house. Add a second line for their ensemble, school or section, such as Wind Ensemble, Symphony or Marching Band, and it becomes theirs. A mug works well for the long stretch of practice before a recital, when a cup of tea is the only warm thing in the room.
Oboe gift questions
Can I add an ensemble or school name to an oboe design?
Many designs have a second line. Type the ensemble, school or section name there and the preview will show how it fits.
Is there an oboe design for a kid who is just starting?
Yes. There are kids tees and a kids dark tee with oboe on them. Use the product filter to find them.
What's a good gift for an oboist who has a recital coming up?
A mug or a tee works well. Both are easy to use during the long lead-up to a performance and easy to wear on the day.
What sizes do the oboe shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an oboe gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
