Picking a gift for an occupational therapy asst
Occupational therapy assistants spend their days helping people relearn the everyday work of living, from buttoning a shirt to getting back to a job or a garden. They work under the direction of an occupational therapist, often in clinics, schools, hospitals and home health, and the hours can be physical as well as emotionally full. A gift that acknowledges that work lands well. A soft tee for the clinic or the drive between home visits, a hoodie for the cold mornings, or a mug that's clearly theirs for the break room. Put their name on it, and add their credential if they've earned one, so it reads as personal rather than generic. If you're buying for a whole department, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a more useful thank-you than another box of donuts.
Occupational Therapy Asst gift questions
What credential do OTAs usually have?
Occupational therapy assistants typically complete an accredited associate degree program and pass a national certification exam. If they've earned a credential, you can type it onto the design as a second line.
Can I add the clinic or school name to the shirt?
You can type any text into the second line, but make sure you have the right to use the name. Many people simply use their own name and title.
Is there a day to celebrate occupational therapy?
Occupational Therapy Month is in April in the US, so an April gift is a natural fit. Order a little early if you're buying for a whole team.
What sizes do the occupational therapy asst shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an occupational therapy asst gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
