Picking a gift for an occupational therapy supervisor
An occupational therapy supervisor usually started out as an OT who loved the work, then picked up the extra load of training newer therapists, reviewing caseloads and keeping a clinic running. Their days move between patient sessions, documentation deadlines and conversations with new grads who are still figuring out how to adapt a task for a child with sensory needs or an adult relearning how to dress after a stroke. A gift that acknowledges that mix tends to land well. A tee or hoodie with their title on it is easy to wear to a team lunch or a weekend run. A mug works for the early-morning chart review before the clinic fills up. If you're buying for the whole team, the Team Shop lets you put everyone's name on the same design, so the supervisor gets a thank-you that the whole group can share. Type their credential into the second line if you know it, and it will feel like it was made for them specifically.
