Okapi gifts for the people who love them
Okapi are shy forest giraffes from the rainforests of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. They're hard to spot in the wild, with striped hind legs and a dark coat that blends into the undergrowth, so people who love them tend to be the ones who've taken the time to learn something surprising. A shirt or mug with okapi on it is a good way to share that. Shoppers often pick a design for the animal lover, the zoo volunteer, or a child who just discovered the strange-looking animal in a picture book. A baby onesie suits a new parent who wants a conversation starter, and a kids tee lets a young fan wear their favorite animal to school. Type the word okapi into the text box and the preview shows how each design sits before you order.
Okapi gift questions
What is an okapi?
An okapi is a forest-dwelling mammal related to giraffes. It lives in central Africa and has striped legs, a dark reddish-brown coat and a long tongue. Many people first learn about it as a zoo animal or in a children's book.
Can I add a name or a second line to an okapi design?
Many designs have a second line for a name, a year or a zoo. Type it into the text box and the live preview will show where it lands on the product.
Are there okapi designs for babies and kids?
Yes. There is a baby onesie, kids tees and a kids dark tee. Use the product filter on the page to see only the designs in those sizes.
What sizes do the okapi shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an okapi gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
