Gifts from Oscoda
Oscoda is a small lakeshore town on the northeast side of Michigan's Lower Peninsula, where Lake Huron meets the Au Sable River. Anyone from there tends to carry it with them, whether they still live nearby or ended up in a city a few states away. A shirt with Oscoda on it is how they point at the map and say where they're from. For someone who spent summers on the beach or grew up waving at boats on the river, a tee or hoodie is an easy way to say you remember. The town is small enough that most people already know each other, so a design that names it feels like a private joke with the whole community. A mug suits the one who misses the lake, and a kids tee lets a family keep the name going into the next generation.
