Picking a gift for a paperhanger
A paperhanger spends the day on a ladder or a scaffold, measuring walls, pasting seams, and smoothing paper that has to look flawless once the room is finished. The work is physical and detail-heavy, and most of it disappears under the finished wall, which is part of why a gift that names the trade feels so good to receive. Tradespeople tend to wear what they already own until it falls apart, so a sturdy tee or hoodie that holds up to paste and drywall dust gets used every week. A mug works well for the coffee they drink on the job before the first wall goes up. Add a second line with their name, their company, or the year they started, and the word paperhanger becomes theirs. It's a gift that says you noticed the work they do, not just the job title.
Paperhanger gift questions
Can I add a company name or my crew's name to the design?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type a business name, a crew name, or a year there. The preview updates so you can check the spacing before you order.
Is paperhanger a common job title for a gift?
It's a specialized trade, so most people buying for a paperhanger are a spouse, a friend, or a crew lead. A shirt with the trade name is a fun way to show you know what they do.
What's a good gift for a paperhanger who works with a crew?
The Team Shop lets you choose one design and paste a list of names, with a size picked for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the paperhanger shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a paperhanger gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
