Gifts from Parish
Parish is a Louisiana word, and in Louisiana it means a county-equivalent unit of local government rather than a church district, so a shopper should know that before ordering. People who grew up in a parish tend to carry it with them: the bayou, the Friday fish fry, the parish fair and the high school football rivalries that define a whole town. A Parish shirt is a way for them to claim that identity, whether they still live there or left years ago. Typing the parish name into the second line makes the design specific, since the state has many parishes and each one has its own pride. For someone who moved away, a mug or a hoodie carries that home with them through cold winters. For a family visiting or coming back for a reunion, a matching set in the Team Shop lets everyone wear the same place name with their own name printed underneath.
Parish gift questions
What does Parish mean?
In Louisiana, a parish is the equivalent of a county in other states. It's the local government unit people are usually proud of, so adding the parish name to a design is a common choice.
Can I add my parish name to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line where you can type the parish name, and the preview updates so you can check how it looks.
Are there Parish designs for kids?
Yes. Kids tees, dark kids tees and baby onesies are available for this word, so a whole family can match.
Can I order one design for a whole group?
Yes. The Team Shop lets you choose one design, paste a list of names and pick a size for each person, so every shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the parish shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a Parish gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
