Picking a gift for a patent agent
A patent agent spends the day turning inventions into precise claims, reading prior art, and writing the kind of careful language that makes an examiner pause. The work is quiet and detailed, and most of it happens at a desk with a stack of drawings and a long document open. A gift that acknowledges that patience lands well. Put patent agent on the shirt, or add the registration or technology area they practice in if you know it. Ask first whether they're a registered patent agent, since that's the credential that matters for their work, and include it only if it's accurate. A mug suits the office coffee routine, and a hoodie fits the cold conference room where long filing deadlines get discussed. Wear the design yourself and you'll probably be asked what it means, which gives you a good opening to say how much their precision matters.
Patent Agent gift questions
Can I add a registration number or credential to the design?
You can type anything into the text box, including a credential like registered patent agent. Only add it if it's accurate for the person, and check the preview spacing before you order.
Can I add a technology area under patent agent?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type a field like electrical, biotech or software there.
Is there a shirt for a patent agent's kid or partner?
Kids tees, baby onesies and hoodies are available with the same design, so you can match the family or pick the size that fits.
What if I'm not sure what kind of patent work they do?
The main design works on its own. Leave the second line blank, or ask them a quick question first so you can add the right field.
What sizes do the patent agent shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a patent agent gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
