Picking a gift for a payment representative
Payment representatives spend their days on the phone and at screens, untangling declined cards, billing questions and late-fee disputes for people who are rarely in a good mood. The gifts that land with them tend to be practical and a little bit funny: a soft shirt for a long shift, a hoodie for the chilly office, a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't wander into the break room. Put the job title on it and it becomes a small nod to the work itself, the kind of thing a coworker notices and smiles at. You can keep it simple with just their title, or add a second line for their team or a first name if you want it more personal. If you're buying for a whole collections or payments team, the Team Shop lets you choose one design and paste everyone's name, so each person gets a shirt with their own name printed on it.
Payment Representative gift questions
Can I add a name or team under the job title?
Yes. Many designs have a second line. Type a first name, a team or a department there, and the live preview will show how it lines up before you order.
Are there designs for kids or babies too?
Some designs come as kids tees and a baby onesie, though the choice is smaller than for adult shirts. Use the product filter to see which ones are available.
What's a good gift for a coworker who just got promoted?
A mug or hoodie with their new title is a clear way to mark the change. Add the team name if they've taken on a new group.
What sizes do the payment representative shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a payment representative gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
