Picking a gift for a pcts
PCTs, or patient care technicians, are the people who handle the hands-on work on a hospital floor: vitals, bathing, turning patients, drawing blood, and keeping everything moving between nurses and doctors. It's physical, fast, and often underappreciated, so a gift that says they're seen tends to land well. A soft tee for the drive home, a hoodie for the chilly break room, or a mug that's clearly theirs all fit a shift that never sits still. Putting their name on it makes it theirs, and adding their unit or the credential they earned, such as their certification, makes it specific rather than generic. If you're buying for a whole team of techs, one design with each person's name printed on their own shirt makes a thoughtful group gift for a hard-working unit.
Pcts gift questions
Can I add a unit or certification to a PCT shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line where you can type a unit like ICU or telemetry, or their credential if they hold one. The live preview shows how it will look before you order.
Is PCT the same as a nursing assistant?
Job titles vary by hospital and state, so the exact role can differ. If you're unsure what they're called at their workplace, use the title they use themselves.
Can I order shirts for my whole team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste the list of names, and pick a size for each person, and every shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the pcts shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a pcts gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
