Gifts from Penrose
Penrose is a name a lot of people know from the Penrose tile and the Penrose staircase, but as a place name it points somewhere specific, and the person you're buying for probably has a strong feeling about it. Someone from Penrose, or who lives there now, carries that town with them: the drive in, the people they know, the particular way a small place shapes a childhood. A shirt with the town name is how they say where they're from without a long explanation. Put Penrose on a hoodie for a cold morning, on a mug for the kitchen, or on a kids tee so a little one can wear their hometown proudly. If you're not sure how much the town means to them, ask a family member about the place before you order, then use a second line for a year they moved, a street or a nickname they grew up with. The gift lands best when it's about their own history with the place.
Penrose gift questions
Can I add a street or neighborhood under Penrose?
Many designs have a second line. Type a street, neighborhood or nickname there and the preview will update so you can check the spacing before you order.
Is there more than one Penrose, and will the design show which one I mean?
Penrose is a name used for places in more than one region. The designs show the word you type, so if you want to specify a particular town, add its state or a nearby landmark on the second line.
What's a good gift for someone who grew up in Penrose but lives elsewhere?
A mug or tee with the town name is a simple reminder of home. Adding the year they left or a childhood detail makes it feel personal and specific to their story.
Can I order matching shirts for a whole family from Penrose?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: pick one design, paste each person's name, and choose a size for each one. Every shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the penrose shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a Penrose gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
