Picking a gift for a performance director
A performance director usually sits at the center of a sports or athletic program, planning training blocks, tracking data and keeping athletes healthy enough to compete. The days are long, the phone rings during dinner, and the wins often belong to someone else. A gift that says they're the one running the show lands well: a tee for game day, a hoodie for the cold early mornings at the facility, a mug for the office where the strategy sessions happen. Think about the setting they work in and the people they work with. Add the name of their program or the team they support in the second line, if you have that detail, and the shirt becomes specifically theirs. It's a simple way to say you notice the work that rarely makes the highlight reel.
Performance Director gift questions
Can I add a team or organization name to the shirt?
Yes, most designs have a second line. Type the program name there, and the preview will show you how it sits under the main word before you order.
Is performance director a job with a standard title?
The title varies by school, club and league, so check how their organization writes it. You can type the exact wording they use on their business card.
What's a good gift for someone starting a new performance director role?
A mug or tee with their title works well for a new job, since it marks the start and gets used every day at the facility.
What sizes do the performance director shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a performance director gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
