Gifts for people into piccolo
A piccolo player is usually the one in the band with the highest, loudest line, and they tend to be the most accurate, hardworking musician in the section. Piccolo parts cut through a full band and demand tight intonation, so the people who play it often spend hours alone on long tones and scales before anyone hears them. A piccolo gift lands when it recognizes that. A soft tee for practice days, a hoodie for cold marching band nights, or a mug for the early-morning rehearsal coffee all show you know the instrument and the grind behind it. Add their name or their ensemble so the gift feels like theirs, and you've picked something they'll actually wear to rehearsal instead of leaving in a drawer.
