Gifts from Pickens
Pickens is a name that belongs to a few places in the US, most notably the county and town in South Carolina, and the people who call it home tend to hold on to it. A shirt with Pickens on it is how a former resident or a current one shows where they're from, whether that's for a family visit, a homecoming weekend, or just a reminder for someone who moved away. Because the word is a place name, the most meaningful details usually come from the person's own life there: the street they grew up on, the year they moved, the school they went to. Those lines turn a generic town tee into something only they would wear. For a transplant who misses home, a mug or hoodie carries that connection into their everyday routine. Start by checking the design previews, since place names look different depending on the layout, and add a second line that matches what your recipient would actually say when asked where they're from.
