Gifts from Pike
Pike is a word with more than one life. For some people it's a surname, for some it's a fish with a long toothy jaw, and for others it's a place: Pike's Place Market in Seattle, or Pike Street running through the city. A gift for the person behind the word works best when you lean into the life they actually live. A hoodie for the one who's always cold on the water, a mug for the angler who insists the best pike is the one that got away, or a tee with Pike and a Seattle or local place name for the family that has roots there. Since Pike shows up as both a city and an animal in the store's catalog, you can pick whichever meaning fits them and let the second line carry the detail: a hometown, a river, a year, or a nickname. Check the preview before you order so the spacing feels right for the name you chose.
