Gifts from Pilot Rock
Pilot Rock is a small town in northeastern Oregon, and the people who call it home tend to be proud of it in a quiet, rooted way. A shirt with the town name is the kind of gift that gets worn to the county fair, to the family reunion two states away, and to the hometown diner when someone finally asks where they're from. Because the town is small, a Pilot Rock design often means more to someone who has left than to someone who never did. For a grandparent who still gets the local news, a mug is a daily nod to home. For a kid growing up there, a shirt marks belonging. You can make the gift personal by adding a second line with a graduation year, a family name, or a line that matches how your person talks about the place. Keep it simple and let the town name carry the weight.
