Gifts from Pilot Station
Pilot Station is a small village on the Yukon River in western Alaska, and people who grew up there tend to carry it with them wherever they go. A shirt with the name on it is how they answer the question where are you from, or how they start a conversation with someone else who knows the river. Salmon season, long summer evenings, and the sense of being part of a place where everybody knows the family behind every name are the things that come up when someone talks about home. For a person who has moved away, a Pilot Station hoodie is the one they'll reach for when the weather turns, and an 11 oz mug is a quiet reminder every morning. If you're buying for someone still there, a tee in a bright color often gets the most wear in summer. Add a second line with a year or a family name to make it specifically theirs.
Pilot Station gift questions
Can I add a family name or a year under Pilot Station?
Many designs have a second line. Type a family name, a graduation year or a birth year there and the preview will update so you can check the spacing.
Is there a kids version of this design?
Yes. There are kids tees in both light and dark colors, along with baby onesies, so you can match the design across the family.
How do I order shirts for a group from the village?
Use the Team Shop. Choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person so every shirt prints with its own name.
Which design should I choose if I'm not sure which product to pick?
A hoodie or a dark tee tends to suit someone who is proud of where they're from, while a mug is a good choice for someone who spends time at home.
What sizes do the pilot station shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a Pilot Station gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
