Gifts from Point Arena
Point Arena is a small coastal town on the Mendocino coast of Northern California, known for its lighthouse and its quiet harbor. The people who grew up there or moved there for the fog, the fishing and the slow pace tend to hold onto that place hard, so a shirt with the town name is how they say where they're from. Add a second line for a street, a year they lived there or a school mascot if they have one, and it becomes theirs rather than a generic town tee. A hoodie suits the cool mornings on the bluff, and a mug suits the kitchen table where most small-town people end up talking. If you're buying for someone who moved away, a Point Arena shirt is an easy way to say you remember where they came from.
