Picking a gift for a policy associate
A policy associate usually sits in the middle of a lot of moving parts: drafting memos, tracking bills or regulations, pulling data for a senior writer, and fielding questions from people who expected a yes or no. It's detail-heavy work, often done from a laptop with a spreadsheet open and a deadline on the calendar. A gift that acknowledges that rhythm lands well. A comfortable tee or hoodie is ideal for long days in a home office or a conference room that's always too cold. A mug with their title on it suits the desk that's always covered in printed drafts. If they're newer to the role, a shirt with their title and first year can mark a milestone they might not stop to celebrate. Pick the product that fits how they actually work, and add the detail that makes it theirs.
Policy Associate gift questions
Can I add my colleague's name or team to the design?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a name, a year or a team. Type it into the text box and the live preview will show how it looks before you order.
Which product is best for someone who works at a desk?
Mugs and hoodies are the most common choices for desk workers. A hoodie works well for cold offices and a mug suits anyone who keeps a coffee going through long drafting days.
Is there a design for a policy associate in a kids size?
Kids tees come in a smaller selection. You can check the Kids T-shirt and Kids Dark T-shirt options for this title, though the choices are more limited than for adults.
Can I order for a whole policy team at once?
Yes. The Team Shop lets you choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person so everyone gets their own shirt.
What sizes do the policy associate shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a policy associate gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
