Gifts from Port Barre
Port Barre is a small town in St. Landry Parish in south-central Louisiana, and people who grew up there tend to carry it with them wherever they land. A shirt with the town name is how a former resident shows they still claim it, whether they're home for a holiday weekend or living in another state and missing the small-town pace. For the person who left, a mug or hoodie is a quiet reminder of home every morning or every cold evening. Because the town is small, a second line can do a lot of work: a high school class year, a family name, or the street they grew up on can turn a town shirt into something only a few people would recognize, and that's the point. If you're buying for someone who still lives there, a shirt with their town on it works as an everyday tee for the errands they run around town. Check the preview to see how the name sits on the design before you order.
