Picking a gift for a prep supervisor
A prep supervisor is the person who makes sure the kitchen runs before service even starts. They're usually in early, checking the walk-in, breaking down cases, setting up mise en place and making sure the line has what it needs for the night. It's a job that's easy to overlook until something is missing, which is why a gift that names the role tends to land well. A tee or hoodie for the early-morning commute, a mug for the break room where the coffee is always cold, or a name on either one so nobody else claims it. You can make it theirs with a second line for their name, their kitchen or restaurant, or the year they took the job. If you're buying for a whole crew, one design in the Team Shop with each person's name on their own shirt is a practical thank-you that the kitchen will actually wear.
Prep Supervisor gift questions
Can I add a restaurant name or a year to a prep supervisor shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type the restaurant, the kitchen or the year they started. The preview updates so you can check the spacing before you order.
Is there a prep supervisor design for the whole kitchen team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste the names of everyone on the crew, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What's a good gift for a prep supervisor who just got promoted?
A hoodie or mug with their title and the year they moved up is personal and useful. It marks the promotion without being too formal for a kitchen.
What sizes do the prep supervisor shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a prep supervisor gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
