Picking a gift for a production director
A production director usually runs the schedule behind the scenes: the deadlines, the crews, the budget conversations, and the phone calls that keep a shoot, a line, or a show on track. Most of the praise goes to whoever is on screen or on the product, so a gift that names their role tells them someone noticed the work nobody sees. Think about where they spend their hours. Long days in an office or on set mean a soft tee or a hoodie they'll actually reach for on the commute home, and a mug for the desk, where their coffee has probably been going cold during meetings. Put the title on the front, or use the second line for a team, a show, or a company name if you know it. You can keep it simple with just the words production director, which fits the role without guessing at details you don't know.
Production Director gift questions
Can I add a company name or show title under production director?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type a company, a show, or a team name there. The preview updates live so you can check the spacing before you order.
Is production director a good gift for a promotion?
It can be. A mug or hoodie with the new title marks the step up in a way they can use every day, and it's a light, friendly way to celebrate.
Can I order matching shirts for a whole production team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the production director shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a production director gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
