Picking a gift for a program management director
A program management director usually sits between the executives who set the strategy and the teams doing the work, juggling schedules, budgets, and stakeholders who all want something different by Friday. They're often the person who gets handed the messy multi-year initiative and is expected to keep it on track. A gift that acknowledges that load tends to land well. Think of a sturdy hoodie for the early-morning portfolio reviews and the long stretch before a major launch, or a mug that keeps the coffee hot through the back-to-back meetings. Putting their exact title on the design, or adding the name of the program or department they lead, makes it feel specific rather than generic. If you're buying for a whole program team, the Team Shop lets you use one design and print each person's name on their own shirt, which is a nice way to mark a successful launch or the end of a long project together.
Program Management Director gift questions
Can I add the name of the program or department?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a name, a team, or a project. Type it in and the live preview will show you how it looks before you order.
Are there designs for kids or babies with this title?
Some designs come as kids tees and a baby onesie. These are good for a joke gift for a parent who is always juggling schedules.
Is there a way to order for a whole program team at once?
The Team Shop prints one design for a group. You paste a list of names and pick a size for each person.
Can I use a shortened version of the title?
Yes. Type the wording you prefer, such as PM Director or Program Director, in the text box and the design will update.
What sizes do the program management director shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a program management director gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
