Picking a gift for a programming internship
A programming intern is usually a student or career-changer spending a summer or a semester learning how real software gets built, often with their first paycheck and a lot of nerves. They're tired of explaining to relatives what they actually do, and they're trying to look like they belong on a team that already knows its way around a codebase. A tee or hoodie with their title on it is a small, happy way to mark the start of that stretch. Add their year or the program they're in, like summer 2025 or the name of their school's coding program, and it becomes specific to them. A mug works well for early mornings at the desk, when the first standup is still a few hours away and the coffee is doing most of the work.
Programming Internship gift questions
Can I add the company or school name to an internship shirt?
Many designs have a second line for a name, year or program. Type what you want there and the preview will show how it sits on the shirt before you order.
What is a good gift for someone who just started a programming internship?
Something practical they can use at work or school, like a mug or hoodie, with their title and start year printed on it. It marks the moment without feeling like a joke.
Are there designs for kids or a baby?
Yes. There are kids tees, dark kids tees and a baby onesie design, though most programming internship designs are for adults.
What sizes do the programming internship shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a programming internship gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
