Picking a gift for a programming manager
A programming manager usually started out writing code, then got pulled into standups, roadmaps and the hard conversations about who ships what and when. They spend a lot of the day translating between engineers and everyone else, and they're often the one who gets the late-night call when a release breaks. A gift that acknowledges the title, and the years of coding that earned it, tends to land well. A tee or hoodie with their title on it works for the office, the weekend, or a team offsite. A mug is the everyday one, since most managers spend more hours with coffee than with almost anything else. If you're buying for a whole engineering group, the Team Shop lets you put each person's name on their own shirt from one design. Adding a line like their team name or the year they took the role makes it theirs.
Programming Manager gift questions
Can I add their team name or the year they became a manager?
Yes. Many designs have a second line. Type the team name, the year, or a name there and the preview will update so you can check the spacing.
What's a good gift for someone promoted into programming management?
A mug or hoodie with their new title and the year of the promotion marks the move in a way they'll see every day.
Can I order shirts for my whole engineering team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person.
What sizes do the programming manager shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a programming manager gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
