Picking a gift for a project administrator
A project administrator keeps the paperwork, schedules, and handoffs moving so the people doing the real work can focus on it. Most days involve tracking deadlines, chasing sign-offs, updating trackers, and being the person everyone pings when something's unclear. It's a role that gets noticed mostly when it goes wrong, so a gift that says they're the one holding it all together lands well. A tee for the office, a hoodie for the long stretch of a big launch, or a mug for the desk where the tracker lives all work. Put their title on it, add the company or team they support if you know it, and the design stops being generic office merch and becomes theirs. If you're buying for a whole project team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a nice way to say thanks to everyone who kept the schedule honest.
Project Administrator gift questions
Can I add a company or team name to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type the team, department or project name there and check the preview before you order.
Is there a standard title for this role?
Titles vary by employer. Project administrator is common, but some teams use coordinator or assistant. Type the exact title they use so the shirt matches their business card.
What's a good gift for a project administrator who just finished a big project?
A tee or hoodie with the project name and the year it wrapped up marks the milestone and gives them something they can wear to the next one.
What sizes do the project administrator shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a project administrator gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
