Picking a gift for a project assistant
A project assistant keeps the whole thing moving: calendars, meeting notes, the spreadsheet nobody else wants to own, and the follow-up emails that stop projects from quietly stalling. It's a job that rarely gets thanked because when it's done well, nothing goes wrong. A gift that names the role says you noticed. Put the title on a tee or hoodie for the commute and the first day back in the office, or on an 11 oz mug for the desk, where it gets used every morning before the first status update. If they're moving from assistant to coordinator or manager, or finishing a certificate program, add that second line so the shirt marks where they are now. And if you're buying for a whole project team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which tends to land better than another round of coffee.
Project Assistant gift questions
Can I add a company name or a team to the shirt?
Many designs have a second line you can use for a team, department or year. Type it in and the preview will update so you can check how it sits before you order.
Is there a design that's just the job title?
Yes. Several designs use project assistant as the main line, so you can choose a simple one or add a second line for a name or a team.
What if they're moving into a project coordinator or manager role?
You can change the second line to the new title or to the year they started, so the shirt marks where they're headed or how far they've come.
What sizes do the project assistant shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a project assistant gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
