Picking a gift for a project coord
Project coordinators keep a lot of plates spinning at once: schedules, vendor calls, status updates, and the one stakeholder who always wants a new deadline. A gift for them should acknowledge that the job is mostly organizing people and details, often behind the scenes where nobody sees the work. A tee or hoodie with their title is an easy win, and adding a second line for their team, their company's department, or a year of service makes it feel like theirs. Mugs suit the desk where they spend most of their day, especially for someone who runs on coffee between meetings. If you're buying for a whole project team, the Team Shop lets you put a single design on everyone's shirt with each person's name, which is a nice way to say thanks after a hard launch. Keep the wording plain and accurate to their role, and the gift will read as thoughtful rather than generic.
Project Coord gift questions
Can I add their company or department to the design?
Many designs have a second line. Type the department, team or a short company name there and check the preview before you order.
Is there a shorter version of the title?
Project coord is the word this page is built around. If the person uses a fuller title like Project Coordinator, the designs for that wording will fit the same products.
What's a good gift for a project coordinator who just finished a big launch?
A hoodie or tee with the project name or launch year on the second line works well. It marks the moment and gives them something they'll keep.
What sizes do the project coord shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a project coord gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
