Gifts from Prudhoe Bay
Prudhoe Bay is one of the most remote places in the United States, a industrial oil field on the Arctic coast of Alaska where the sun disappears for weeks in winter and crews work long rotations far from family. A shirt or hoodie with the name is a way for a worker to claim that place, and for their people back home to know where they've been. Many people who've spent time there will tell you the North Slope is not like anywhere else. A hoodie is the warmest choice for the cold months, and a mug suits the crew room or the kitchen at home. Add a second line with a year, a crew name or the person's own name, and the design becomes a record of their time up north.
Prudhoe Bay gift questions
Can I add a year or crew name to the design?
Many designs have a second line. Type a year, a rotation or a crew name there and the preview will update so you can see the spacing before you order.
Is Prudhoe Bay a town people live in?
No. It's an industrial oil field on Alaska's North Slope, and most people who work there live elsewhere and fly in for rotations. Designs simply use the place name.
Are there designs for kids or babies with this name?
Yes. Kids tees and dark tees are available, along with a few baby onesies, so you can match a family member who works up north.
What sizes do the prudhoe bay shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a Prudhoe Bay gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
