Gifts for PT Care Teches

Picking a gift for a pt care tech

A PT care tech usually works the floor of a rehab or hospital unit, helping patients stand, walk and do their exercises while the therapists run the plan. It's physical work: lifting, transferring, walking patients down the hall and back, and doing it all on the same tired feet every shift. The gifts that land are the ones that make the long shift and the drive home a little easier, like a soft tee that breathes, a hoodie for the chilly gym-turned-clinic, or a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't disappear into the break room. Adding their role to the shirt, PT Care Tech or Patient Care Technician, shows you know what they do, which matters more than any joke about the job. If you're buying for a whole team of techs, one design in the Team Shop with each person's name on their own shirt makes a better thank-you than another sheet cake.
