Gifts for Quality Auditors

Picking a gift for a quality auditor

Quality auditors spend their days checking that work matches the standard, often with a clipboard, a sampling plan and a stack of procedures nobody else reads. They're the ones who notice the drift before it becomes a recall, and they're rarely thanked for it. A gift that acknowledges the job works best: a tee for the audit that runs long, a hoodie for the cold plant floor or the back-to-back site visits, a mug for the desk where the nonconformance reports pile up. Put their name on it, or add their site or department in the second line so it reads as theirs. If you're buying for a whole audit team after a successful certification review, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt. Quality teams notice when someone recognizes what they do, so keep it simple and let the word carry the meaning.
